Sample HCR

Candelis now offers a Health Check Reporting (HCR) facility that can be enabled on your ImageGrid system.  HCR allows us to detect potential problems early and ensures that your ImageGrid always performs at peak capacity. There is no charge to enable HCR.  And as has always been the case, if access to your system is required to correct a problem, you must still grant us that access.

We know that security and privacy are of paramount importance to you and we share and respect those concerns.  To that end, there is no data that we gather that contains PHI or which identifies your operation.  A sample of data captured is provided here:
